INS CORE LABS INC. (hereinafter “InstaSwap,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at instaswap.com, the InstaSwap application at app.instaswap.com, our APIs, widgets, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Automatically Collected Information. When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device information, referring/exit pages, pages visited, time and date of access, and general location data derived from IP address. This information is collected through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.

1.2 Public Blockchain Data. Blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, and other on-chain data are publicly available on their respective blockchains. This data is not created or controlled by InstaSwap. We may collect and display publicly available blockchain data in connection with providing the Services.

1.3 Voluntary Information. If you contact our support team, participate in our affiliate program, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us, you may voluntarily provide information such as your email address or wallet address.

1.4 Transaction Records. When you use the swap Services, we create a transaction record which may include: the blockchain addresses you provide (destination and refund addresses), the deposit address generated for your transaction, transaction hashes, the assets and amounts involved (including approximate USD values), the IP address used to create the transaction, timestamps and transaction status, affiliate or referral attribution where applicable, and any email address you voluntarily provide for notifications. These records are kept for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

InstaSwap is designed to minimize data collection: we do not operate user accounts and, depending on the route, transactions settle on-chain or through programmatic escrow as described in our Terms of Use. We do NOT collect or request:

• Private keys, seed phrases, mnemonic phrases, or wallet passwords
• Government-issued identification documents
• Personal identity verification (KYC) information
• Bank account or credit card details
• Social security numbers or equivalent identifiers

Warning: InstaSwap will never contact you asking for private keys, seed phrases, or personal financial information. Never share this information with anyone claiming to represent InstaSwap.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Services
• Ensuring the security and integrity of the Services
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including KYT (Know Your Transaction) and AML obligations
• Analyzing usage patterns to improve user experience
• Responding to support inquiries and communications

4. Transaction Screening (KYT / AML)

InstaSwap may screen transactions against sanctions lists and blockchain risk indicators, and is progressively expanding its automated transaction-monitoring capabilities. Where screening applies and a transaction is determined to involve a restricted address or to violate applicable sanctions, the transaction may be blocked, delayed, or the funds may be returned to the originating or refund address. We may also review transactions retrospectively and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Execution Venues and Liquidity Providers: the addresses and transaction details required to execute your swap are shared with the venues, protocols, and liquidity providers used to route it, strictly to the extent necessary to execute your transaction.
• Referral Partners: where your swap originates from a partner integration, widget, or referral link, that partner may receive information about the transaction (such as the pair, amounts, status, and fees), limited to the transactions they referred.
• Service Providers: With third-party analytics and infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare, Google Analytics) that help us operate and improve the Services. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
• Blockchain Data: Blockchain transactions are inherently public and visible to anyone. InstaSwap does not control the visibility of on-chain data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and ensure the security of the Services. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features.

7. Data Retention

We retain transaction records (as described in Section 1.4) for up to five (5) years after the transaction, in line with common anti-money-laundering practice, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Other automatically collected data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, including security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot identify individuals may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers. We take appropriate measures to ensure that data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

Because we do not operate user accounts, we may ask you to demonstrate that a transaction is yours before acting on a request, for example by providing the transaction ID together with details that only the sender would know, or a message signed from the refund or destination address associated with the transaction. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than 30 days from receipt.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
