This data is not created or controlled by InstaSwap. We may collect and display publicly available blockchain data in connection with providing the Services.

1.3 Voluntary Information. If you contact our support team, participate in our affiliate program, or otherwise communicate with us, you may voluntarily provide information such as your email address or wallet address.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

InstaSwap is a non-custodial, decentralized service. We do NOT collect or request:

• Private keys, seed phrases, mnemonic phrases, or wallet passwords
• Government-issued identification documents
• Personal identity verification (KYC) information
• Bank account or credit card details
• Social security numbers or equivalent identifiers

Warning: InstaSwap will never contact you asking for private keys, seed phrases, or personal financial information. Never share this information with anyone claiming to represent InstaSwap.

4. KYT and AML Compliance

InstaSwap implements Know Your Transaction (KYT) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring to comply with applicable regulations. Transactions may be screened in real-time against sanctions lists and risk indicators. If a transaction is determined to involve a restricted address or violate applicable sanctions, it may be blocked or the funds may be automatically returned to the originating address.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party analytics and infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare, Google Analytics) that help us operate and improve the Services. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services.
