Flip Pays 30 Contractors in 12 Countries in One Transaction, Powered by InstaSwap

Paying 30 contractors in 12 countries should not take 5 days and 1,500 USD in wire fees. It still does, for most companies, because every payee sits in a different banking system, wants a different currency and arrives through a different rail.
Flip does it in one transaction. Under the hood, InstaSwap powers the decentralized cross-chain swaps that turn a single payout into thirty deliveries on the chains and in the assets each person actually wants. The integration is live now.
How a payout works
The payer funds one transaction. From there, InstaSwap's settlement layer fans it out: each recipient's share is swapped on decentralized liquidity to the asset they chose, on the chain they chose, and delivered straight to their wallet. The engine that does this is the same programmatic escrow that runs every InstaSwap swap: funds are committed to a contract with the payee's destination baked in, routed through decentralized venues, and never parked with a custodian in between.
For the company doing the paying, the experience collapses to a single approval. For the people getting paid, it collapses to money arriving where they wanted it, usually in minutes rather than days.
Why this matters
- No wires, no correspondent banks. Cross-border settlement happens on-chain, so the 5 day wait and the per-wire fee disappear.
- Every payee picks their own asset and chain. Stablecoins on one network for one contractor, a native coin on another network for the next. One payout, many outputs.
- Non-custodial end to end. InstaSwap never holds the payroll. The contracts route it, the recipients receive it, and the refund path is written into the escrow from the start.
- No account on our side. There is nothing to sign up for and no KYC gate at the settlement layer; Flip handles its own users, InstaSwap handles the movement of value.
Built on the same rails as Payments
This is the fan-out capability behind InstaSwap Payments and Split Swap, exposed through the same API that wallets and aggregators already use: one deposit in, up to a hundred destinations out, each with its own amount, asset and chain. Flip is one of the first products to put that in front of a payroll use case, and it is a good fit for anyone who pays a distributed team: agencies, DAOs, remote-first companies, marketplaces paying out sellers.
For builders
If you want the same capability inside your own product, the Partners Portal is the place to start. Integration is one API, every chain we support, with revenue share on the volume you route.
